FSBR Members are “Best in America”

Three members of the Okemos-based law firm of Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC, have been selected for inclusion in the 2012 edition of the national publication, The Best Lawyers in America.

The attorneys included are William K. Fahey, Administrative/Regulatory Law, Appellate Law, Energy Law, Land Use and Zoning Law and Litigation – Land Use and Zoning; Stephen O. Schultz, Employment Law – Management and Labor Law – Management; and Mark J. Burzych, Franchise Law and Government Relations Law.

Selection to Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive and rigorus peer-review survey containing more than 3.9 million confidential evaluations by the top attorneys in the country.  The publication has been described in The American Lawyer as “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”  Best Lawyers designations are now included in the “America's Best” series published by U.S. News & World Report, and excerpts appear in magazines such as The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, and many more, reaching over 16 million readers.

“We are honored that our firm's members have been recognized by their peers as providing the best in legal services.  We pride ourselves on staying on top of the latest developments in the law and in ways to provide the best client service possible,” said Stephen Schultz, President of the firm.
