Summer Associate/ Law Clerk
Our Summer Associate program presents an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of life as an attorney at Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes. In fact, many of our attorneys started their journey at Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes as Summer Associates. Joining us as a Law Clerk/Summer Associate means immersing yourself in a dynamic, collaborative environment alongside accomplished attorneys, gaining practical insights and exposure to a diverse spectrum of practice areas.
Our Law Clerks / Summer Associates delve into practice areas such as Business Franchise Law, Municipal Law, Water Resources Law, and Labor & Employment Law. Under the guidance of experienced partners and associate mentors, each Summer Associate follows a tailored program. These mentors not only provide invaluable instruction and feedback on assignments, but also introduce Summer Associates to the Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes community, ensuring their integration into the fabric of our firm.
Our structured approach guarantees that you receive personalized guidance as you tackle legal research, draft memos, and assist with court preparations. What sets our program apart is that you won’t just shadow or observe– you’ll be entrusted with real responsibilities that directly contribute to case outcomes. You’ll attend client meetings, depositions and court hearings. Summer Associate/ Law Clerk
We are actively seeking summer associates/law clerks who have demonstrated superior academic achievement, leadership in and service to the community, and dedication to excellence in the legal profession. Our summer associate program is designed to provide our summer associates with practical experience, participating in transactions, litigation, and the practice of law. All candidates must be enrolled in and in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school. When applying for a summer associate or law clerk position, please provide your resume, transcripts, writing sample (10-page max) and a cover letter explaining your areas of interest.
