Dylan Arruda is a municipal law attorney at Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC, where he provides strategic counsel to local governments on a wide range of legal matters. His practice focuses on drafting leases and work contracts, advising on policies, and guiding municipalities through the complexities of municipal regulation. Since joining the firm in 2024, Dylan has consistently applied a research-driven, detail-oriented approach to deliver effective solutions for his clients.

Before joining FSBR, Dylan gained valuable experience at an insurance defense firm, where he refined his litigation skills, managing court appearances and complex legal disputes. This hands-on experience has shaped his ability to approach legal challenges with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.

Dylan earned his J.D. with distinction from Michigan State University College of Law in 2023, following his undergraduate studies in history at Fitchburg State University. His early career as a librarian for the City of Fall River, Massachusetts, helped him develop a strong appreciation for research and problem-solving—skills that now serve him well in his legal practice. He was drawn to FSBR for its reputation for professionalism and camaraderie, and the opportunity to engage in community-focused legal work.

Outside the office, Dylan enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing tabletop role-playing games, and discovering unique cafés across Michigan. He also cherishes time spent with his fiancé, Lindsey, and their dog, Psyche, often enjoying long walks together.
