Overview & Experience
Rhonda assists the attorneys in the Business Practice Group serve the day-to-day legal needs of their clients. In forming new companies, she is the go-to person for filing articles, obtaining EINs, drafting bylaws and operating agreements, and creating stock certificates. For business franchise engagements, Rhonda orchestrates the Franchise Disclosure Document registrations and renewals, as well as drafts Franchise Agreements. She is instrumental in putting together liquor license applications and completing the paperwork necessary for initiating criminal background checks. Rhonda’s wealth of practical experience enables her to assist every lawyer in the firm, including providing notary services as a notary public.
Rhonda most enjoys the working relationships she has formed with the people she works with, clients, and individuals at state agencies across the country.
Rhonda has been with Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC since the firm opened in 2008. Joining the firm as a Receptionist and Legal Secretary, she served as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary from 2010 to 2018 and then was promoted to her current position as a Paralegal. Rhonda was awarded the NALS Legal Professional of the Year in 2010.
When not working, Rhonda enjoys watching football and basketball, reading, and tackling DYI home improvement projects.
