Brian Fox joined FSBR in October 2024 as a Legal Assistant, bringing strong legal knowledge and practical experience to support the firm’s attorneys. He manages key aspects of daily legal operations, including proofreading and formatting documents, finalizing court filings, organizing case materials, and managing deadlines and calendars. His attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure matters proceed smoothly, allowing attorneys to focus on delivering effective legal services.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. Before joining FSBR, he gained experience as an extern to Judge Stutesman at the 45th Circuit Court in Three Rivers, Michigan, where he developed a thorough understanding of court operations and judicial processes. He also worked as a Legal Assistant at a boutique law firm in Ann Arbor specializing in business and cannabis law, gaining insight into firm operations and client service in a specialized area.

Brian values FSBR’s professional, team-oriented culture and reflects that in the way he approaches his work—with care, accuracy, and follow-through.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their three cats, watching horror films, and playing video and board games.
