Four Members are “Best in America”

Four members of Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC have been selected for inclusion in the 2013 edition of the national publication, The Best Lawyers in America.

The attorneys included are William K. Fahey, Land Use & Zoning Law, Energy Law, and Appellate Practice; Stephen O. Schultz, Employment Law – Management and Labor Law – Management; Mark J. Burzych, Franchise Law and Governmnet Relations Law; and Stephen J. Rhodes, Appellate Law.

Selection to Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive and rigorous peer-review survey containing more than 4 million confidential evaluations by the top attorneys in the country.  The publication has been described in The American Lawyer as “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”  Best Lawyers designations are now included in the “America's Best” series published by U.S. News & World Report, and excerpts appear in magazines such as The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, and many more.

“We are honored that several of our firm's members have been recognized by their peers as providing the best in legal services, particularly in our firm's core areas of practice.  We pride ourselves on staying on top of the latest developments in the law and in finding ways to provide the best client service possible,” said Stephen Schultz, President of the firm.
