Mark J. Burzych Elected as Chair of the State Bar Association’s Antitrust, Franchising & Trade Regulation Section

Mark J. Burzych, President of Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC in Okemos, Michigan and leader of the Business and Franchise Practice Group was recently elected as the Chair of the State Bar Association’s Antitrust, Franchising & Trade Regulation Section. The Section’s purpose is to promote the fair and just administration of laws and procedures pertaining to federal and state regulation of commerce, including the antitrust laws and other laws related to trade regulation, franchises and dealerships and to promote the legal education of State Bar members and the general public by sponsoring meetings, institutes and conferences devoted to the discussion of said laws. Membership of this Section is open to all who are members of the State Bar of Michigan. To learn more about the Section, click here.
