Burzych, current president of the firm and head of its Franchise practice group, has been recently named to the 2022 class of ‘Legal Eagles’ by Franchise Times magazine. He has been recognized as a Franchise Times ‘Legal Eagle’ for the last four consecutive years, which further highlights the firm’s commitment to providing first-rate legal services to its clients.

Franchise Times is a national industry publication for franchisors and multi-unit franchisees. Each year, the publication recognizes the star legal professionals in the franchise industry.

The editors of Franchise Times characterize a legal eagle as an individual “with a keen mind for both the legalese and business, they understand the gravitas of every legal battle, every transaction and every document.” ‘Legal Eagles’ are nominated by their clients and peers, then independently vetted by the Franchise Times editorial board.

Mr. Burzych focuses his practice on the representation of franchisors in all aspects of the industry. He assists clients with the development and implementation of franchise programs, including counseling on corporate structuring, as well as the preparation and registration of franchise disclosure documents. He advises on matters related to franchise sales compliance, franchise relationship management, dispute resolution, supply chain contracting, marketing and operations.
