In fact, “[n]o Michigan decision has ever held that a dedication of a parallel road conveys riparian rights to the receiving governmental entity, and every Michigan decision that has addressed this exact issue has held that a dedication of a parallel road does not divest front-lot owners of riparian rights.” 2000 Baum Family Trust v Babel, 488 Mich 136, 173-74 (2010).
